AIP Golden Milk Recipe

Turmeric latte is an amazing and tasty coffee replacement. It gives a little kick, without the caffeine. And best of all, it has some amazing healing benefits!

Equipment

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 measuring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
  • sprinkle of cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup hot water and/or milk of choice. More milk makes it creamier.
  • Optional: natural sweetener such as honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Measure out your turmeric, ginger and cinnamon powders and add to a cup.
  • Add your choice of hot water or milk (or both) and stir to combine.
  • Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, honey or a sweetener of your choice.
  • Make sure to stir along the way to prevent the spices from settling in the bottom of the cup.
  • Sip and Enjoy.
