AIP Golden Milk Recipe
Turmeric latte is an amazing and tasty coffee replacement. It gives a little kick, without the caffeine. And best of all, it has some amazing healing benefits!

1 saucepan
1 measuring spoon
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
- sprinkle of cinnamon powder
- 1 cup hot water and/or milk of choice. More milk makes it creamier.
- Optional: natural sweetener such as honey or maple syrup
Measure out your turmeric, ginger and cinnamon powders and add to a cup.
Add your choice of hot water or milk (or both) and stir to combine.
Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, honey or a sweetener of your choice.
Make sure to stir along the way to prevent the spices from settling in the bottom of the cup.
Sip and Enjoy.
