AIP Beetroot Latte Recipe
Nothing beats a warm, comforting drink! For me a delicious beetroot latte is the ultimate treat. Plus, who doesn’t love pink drinks!

- 1/4 teaspoon of Beetroot Powder
- a small sprinkle of Cinnamon Powder
- Hot water and/or Milk of choice: if you want it creamier add more milk and less water
- Optional: natural sweetener such as honey or maple syrup
Measure out the beetroot powder and cinnamon and add to a cup
Boil water or warm your milk.
Mix all together, and sweeten to taste if you like.
Sip and Enjoy.
We prefer mostly hot water with some milk. But some days we have mostly milk and less water. It really depends on the day. Play around and see what you prefer.
If you find the flavors are not strong enough, add a little bit more beetroot powder.
Notes: If you decide to use only milk, and no water, slowly warm the milk in a saucepan making sure not to overheat it or let it boil
